Jeff Wraley

Jeff Wraley has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jeff started their career as a Project Engineer at Barton Malow Company in 2009 and later held the position of Operations Specialist, where they were responsible for promoting the efficient use of SAP among the company's Eastern Region operations personnel. In 2012, they became an Applied Technology Specialist at the same company, leading efforts to increase awareness and adoption of technology solutions.

In 2013, Jeff joined The Fahrenheit Group as a Consultant, where they provided strategic analysis and actionable insights for rapid growth companies on various projects including M&A, corporate budgeting, strategic planning, and process improvements. Jeff stayed with the company until 2018.

In 2015, Jeff co-founded UnBoundRVA and served as the Business Incubation Director. Jeff was involved in the early stages of the organization, promoting entrepreneurship and supporting business incubation initiatives.

In 2018, Jeff founded Big Sky Ventures, a company focused on bringing innovation and advisory services to industries in need. Jeff worked on this venture until 2019 when they founded their current company, Groundwork. As the Founder and CEO of Groundwork, Jeff developed a technology platform to help residential contractors qualify leads and build trust with homeowners virtually, streamlining the sales process and increasing win rates.

Jeff Wraley pursued their education path by first completing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering & Management at Purdue University, from 2004 to 2008. Afterward, they attended the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business/Commerce, General, between 2013 and 2015.
