Cecilia Arias

Cecilia Arias has a diverse work experience history. Cecilia started their career as an Analyst of Technical Affairs at the Universidad Nacional de Cuyo in January 2011, where they focused on machinery diagnostics, hygiene and safety, and quality management. Cecilia then worked as an Analyst of Logistics at FeCoVitA Coop. Ltda. from April 2011 to February 2013, where they handled distribution logistics and supply chain management.

After that, they joined Montevideo Refrescos SRL (Coca-Cola Uruguay) as a Fleet Manager in July 2015, and then transitioned to the role of Warehouse Manager from September 2014 to July 2015. Their responsibilities included stock administration and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse.

In 2016, Cecilia joined Tata Supermercados S.A. as the Chief of Logistic Operations in the CDO, a position they held until February 2018. Cecilia then moved on to woOw! as Logistics Manager in February 2018, and later became the Operations Manager from May 2019 to June 2020.

Most recently, Cecilia Arias worked at TaTa S.A. as the Chief of Logistics for e-commerce BAS + tata.com.uy from June 2020 to December 2020. Cecilia then joined ++hellohello, where they held the roles of Producer and Operations Director starting in December 2020, and as a Producer starting in July 2022.

Cecilia Arias has a diverse educational background. Cecilia completed a Diplomatura en Gestión de Proyectos y Metodologías Ágiles at Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires in 2020. Prior to this, they obtained a Magister en Supply Chain Management and Logistics from Universitat de Barcelona between 2015 and 2016. Cecilia also holds a degree in Ingeniero Industrial from Universidad Nacional de Cuyo, which they completed from 2006 to 2012. Additionally, they attended Mass Negocios in Mendoza, Argentina in 2011, where they earned a Diplomado en Management Logístico, focusing on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
