Harri Dodds is a Strategy and Transformation Leader at Hellon and a DEI Consultant with over 10 years of business consulting experience. They specialize in creating impactful customer and employee experiences to drive sustainable transformation, leveraging a hybrid toolkit of strategy and design. Harri has held positions at various esteemed organizations, including Native Design, where they progressed to Principal Experience Designer, and currently serves as a Guest Lecturer and Industry Mentor at Central Saint Martins, University of The Arts London.
