Pinja Piipponen is a Senior Service Design Consultant with 10 years of experience in human- and planet-centric design across various industries, including four years in London. They have successfully led complex and co-creative innovation projects, guiding senior stakeholders through business and cultural transformations. With a strong emphasis on sustainability and inclusion, Pinja leverages design research and facilitation methodologies to drive impactful solutions in both physical and digital services. They hold an MA in Service Design from the Royal College of Art and a BA in Interior Architecture, and currently continue their studies in Interior Architecture at the University of Applied Sciences.
