Carlos Ramey has accumulated extensive experience in IT and customer success roles over the course of his career. From May 2013 to March 2023, Carlos served as an IT Engineer at Practice Pro Software Systems, focusing on server maintenance, cybersecurity standards, and HIPAA compliance. Carlos founded Ramey & Shimizu LLC in February 2023 and currently works as a System Administrator in a private capacity since January 2024. Prior roles include Inside Sales Executive at Fidelus Technologies and Customer Retention at Comcast, where revenue preservation was key. Most recently, as Vice President of Customer Success at HelloNote, Carlos oversees AI implementation strategies and operational efficiencies.
