Sheela Roth

Sheela Roth, RDH, BS, currently serves as the Director of Clinical Operations and Director of Practice Development at Pearl since August 2021. Prior to this, Sheela held various roles at Penrod Dental Care from December 1999 to March 2024, including Clinic Administrator and Registered Dental Hygienist. Additionally, Sheela was the Owner of Absolute Dental Business Solutions from June 2016 to January 2020. Earlier in their career, Sheela worked as a Registered Dental Hygienist at Kurt Schneider, DDS, from May 1999 to February 2001 and as a Registered Dental Assistant at Dr. Stephen Johnson DDS from June 1992 to May 1996. Sheela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Loma Linda University.
