Alejandro Ramos Aldea is currently serving as the Associate General Counsel (Employment) for EMEA at Pebl. They have previously held roles as an employment lawyer at Bird & Bird and PwC España, where they provided legal advice on labor and Social Security issues, including collective bargaining and contract drafting. Alejandro began their legal career as a trainee in corporate and investment banking at BBVA. They hold dual bachelor's degrees in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, along with various master's degrees from IE Law School, including an LL.M. in Tax and Legal Advice.
