Clara Morton

Clara Morton has a diverse background in people operations and human resources, with experience spanning several roles across multiple companies. Clara began as a Childcare Assistant at Los Gatos Swim & Racquet Club, followed by internships at Forescout Technologies Inc. and ShipHawk, where responsibilities included enhancing employer branding and managing the intern recruitment cycle. Clara advanced to positions at UserTesting, serving as a Learning & Development Partner and People Operations Coordinator, where notable achievements included onboarding over 400 new employees and managing performance review cycles. Currently, Clara holds the role of Employee Success Partner at Pebl, demonstrating a strong commitment to employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Clara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from UC Santa Barbara and has completed studies in European Studies at Maastricht University.
