Dwayne Kramer

Dwayne Kramer is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in leadership roles at notable companies. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at Velocity Global, LLC since January 2022, Dwayne has been instrumental in providing innovative global employment solutions. Prior to this, Dwayne held the position of Head of New Logo Sales and later Regional Vice President of Sales at Paychex from September 2010 to January 2022, where a people-first approach facilitated team success and notable achievements, including leading a district to finish #1 in the West in 2015. Dwayne also has a strong record in turning around underperforming sales teams, exemplified during tenure as District Sales Manager.
