Jonathan Meredith, JD, MBA, currently serves as Corporate Compliance Counsel at Velocity Global, overseeing the management of the Corporate Compliance Program for a global HR services startup. Previously, Meredith worked at International Paper, focusing on third-party due diligence and anti-corruption initiatives, during which new SaaS solutions were developed and compliance training programs were streamlined. Prior experience includes roles at FedEx in corporate compliance, human resources, and legal functions, where significant contributions were made in training, policy drafting, and project management. Additionally, Meredith has expertise in complex commercial litigation and employment law from time spent at SpenceWalk, PLLC. Academically, Meredith holds a J.D. from The University of Memphis—Cecil C.
