Melanie Steppi has extensive experience in education and knowledge management, beginning with a role as an Exceptional Student Education Assistant at Santa Fe Public Schools, where program development for students with disabilities was a focus. Subsequently, at Seminole County Public Schools, significant contributions included implementing the Response to Intervention model and analyzing student data to enhance academic support. As Director of Education at the Barcole Foundation and in various advanced positions at Pearson, expertise was further developed in training, quality assurance, and project management within learning and development contexts. Currently serving as the Director of Knowledge Management & Enablement at Pebl, Melanie continues to prioritize employee development. Melanie holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education Administration from Notre Dame of Maryland University, along with a Master's degree in Liberal Arts from St. John's College and a Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies from the University of South Florida.
