Lars van Blitterswijk has extensive work experience in the field of ERP systems and implementation consulting. Lars began their career as a Lead Implementation Consultant at Portside, where they worked with Netsuite as the ERP software provider. Lars then joined JVH gaming & entertainment as an Implementation Consultant, tasked with improving the use of NetSuite. Lars also worked at Rivierenland Hospital as a Business Controller, where they were responsible for financial reports, forecasting, and budgeting, as well as managing the health administration system HiX.

Afterward, Lars worked as a Functional System Manager at DICTU, supporting primary processes for several operational organizations of the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Dutch Ministry of Agriculture, Nature, and Food Safety.
