Shane Connor

Shane Connor is a Business Development Lead at Sage, a company dedicated to enhancing care for senior living community residents through a unified care platform. Since May 2024, Shane has focused on improving community performance and caregiver effectiveness. As the Founder of Red Rock Capital Group since February 2018, Shane assists accredited investors in wealth growth through strategic real estate investments. Previously, Shane served as V.P. of Senior Housing Investments and Advisory Group at Bull Realty from May 2020 to May 2024, managing investment sales and acquisitions. From September 2011 to May 2019, Shane was the Managing Director for Healthcare at The Judge Group, specializing in clinician recruitment. Shane's career includes roles at Deep Run Industrial and SEI Investments, along with academic credentials of an MBA in Health Care Administration from the University of Scranton and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from King's College.
