Nassor Silva serves as the Head of Engineering at Seer since November 2024, following a role as Principal Engineer at Meroxa where Nassor focused on real-time data processing solutions. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Unity Technologies in various senior engineering roles, where Nassor led large teams on complex projects, ensured system reliability, and enhanced monetization strategies. Nassor began the career in Brazil, co-founding several companies and emphasizing high scalability and software stability. Nassor holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina.
