Rumina Taylor is the Chief Clinical Officer at HelloSelf. Rumina has over 10 years of experience working in the healthcare industry, with a focus on mental health. Rumina has a strong belief that everyone deserves access to quality mental healthcare, and they are passionate about making HelloSelf a reality for as many people as possible.

Before joining HelloSelf, Rumina was the Value Based Healthcare Mind & Body Lead at King's Health Partners, Guy's & St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. In this role, they were responsible for clinical strategy and service transformation, requiring thought leadership and expert negotiation skills. Rumina was a key member of the Value Based Healthcare and Mind & Body programmes, and they were committed to joining up mental and physical healthcare, training and research to improve health outcomes for patients and service users.

Rumina started their career as a Clinical Psychologist at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience, where they worked for two years before moving to the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust.

After completing their BSc Hons Psychology at the University of Aberdeen with first class honours, Rumina Taylor undertook a postgraduate diploma in CBT for Psychosis at King's College London. Rumina then completed a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology also at King's College London. Following this, they gained certification from The British Psychological Society as a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and from The Health and Care Professions Council as a Practitioner Psychologist.

A direct report to Rumina Taylor is and Nicky Hartigan - Clinical Director. Rumina Taylor reports to Charles Wells, Founder & CEO. They work with Annemarie O'Connor - Chief Growth Officer, Andy Meikle - COO.
