Alon Raz Levi

Alon Raz Levi has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Alon most recently worked at Simply (formerly JoyTunes) as an Engineering Co-Builder starting in 2023. Before that, they co-founded Pulse in 2022 and served as the CTO, leading the development of an AI-powered platform for home workouts.

Prior to that, Alon worked at Houzz from 2016 to 2021, where they held the position of Product Manager and later became the Mobile Infrastructure Team Lead. Alon was responsible for the overall mobile app roadmap and strategy and managed a team of senior software engineers.

Alon also gained experience as an Android Software Engineer at Houzz, where they worked on a large Java/Kotlin codebase and contributed to features and infrastructure initiatives. Alon won Google Play's Best App for 2016.

Earlier in their career, Alon co-founded the Matchup team and worked as the CTO, overseeing the architecture, design, and development of a social network application. Alon also served as the Android Expert at EverythingMe, contributing to the development of their Android app.

Additionally, Alon worked as a Senior Consultant and Lecturer at Sela Group, specializing in C# and .NET development. Alon also worked as a Software Engineer at Aeronautics and gained early experience as a Software Team Leader and Software Engineer in the Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200.

Alon Raz Levi obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Open University, Israel. Alon completed their studies in this field between the years 2006 and 2012.
