Dror Avidor has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Dror started their career at the Prof. Anat Loewenstein - Eye Institute LTD as an Administrative Manager, where they implemented work efficiency processes and optimized inventory, resulting in increased profit and customer base. Dror then worked as a Researcher at the Aharon Institute of Economic Policy, focusing on real estate reforms and rental market regulation.
Afterwards, Dror joined IDC Herzliya as a Teaching Assistant, teaching intermediate microeconomics courses and receiving high praise from students. Dror also worked as a Research Assistant, analyzing datasets and using tools such as Stata and Excel.
Dror's next role was at Localize (Madlan), where they held multiple positions. As a Business Analyst, they collaborated with various teams to define impactful KPIs and provided analytical insights to stakeholders. Dror then became a BI Project Manager, generating a significant increase in KPI volume and implementing algorithms to identify customers likely to churn.
At JoyTunes, Dror worked as a Decision Scientist, leveraging data to inform decision-making. Dror later transitioned to the role of Product Manager, where they currently specialize in managing product development and strategy.

Dror Avidor attended Tel Aviv University from 2010 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Physics & Philosophy. Later on, they enrolled at Reichman University from 2012 to 2015, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics.
