Liat Beker

Liat Beker has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Liat most recently worked at Simply (formerly JoyTunes) as a Software Engineer starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they were employed at Facebook as a Software Engineer from June 2019 to July 2022. Liat also gained experience at Drove, where they worked as a Software Engineer from December 2017 to February 2019, focusing on developing digital tools for nonprofits and public opinion leaders. Liat was part of a team of six senior developers and worked with AWS Cloud technologies. Before Drove, Liat worked at Microsoft as a Software Engineer from October 2016 to November 2017. Liat began their career with the IDF (Israel Defense Forces) where they held multiple roles, including Project Manager & Software Engineer from December 2015 to June 2016, Software Team Leader from December 2014 to December 2015, and Software Developer C++ from September 2010 to December 2014.

Liat Beker pursued their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at The Open University of Israel from 2013 to 2016.
