Matan Daskal

Matan Daskal is a versatile music professional with extensive experience in orchestral management, composition, and sound design. As Co-Founder, Artistic Director, Composer, and Conductor of Castle in Time Orchestra since May 2015, Matan oversees a large team, curates artistic programming, and leads finance and fundraising efforts. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of העמותה לאמנות רב תחומית (ע״ר), Matan also contributes as a Music Consultant at JoyTunes, where responsibilities include arranging piano content and training new arrangers. Additional roles include sound design for various contemporary dance pieces and guest composition for major productions across Europe. Matan's academic background encompasses multiple degrees in music theory, composition, and pedagogy, alongside ongoing studies in physics.
