Matan Gover

Matan Gover has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Matan started their career in the Israel Defense Forces as a Software Developer from August 2008 to March 2013. After that, Matan worked as a Software Engineer at Suron A.C.A Ltd from March 2013 to October 2014. Matan then joined Lightricks as a Software Engineer from July 2015 to April 2017. Matan continued their professional journey at McGill University as a Research Assistant from August 2017 to May 2018. Matan then worked as a Music Engine Software Developer at LANDR Audio Inc. for a brief period from June 2018 to December 2018. Matan's next role was as a Research Engineer at Voctro Labs, where they worked from November 2019 to April 2022. Currently, they are employed at Simply (formerly JoyTunes) as a DSP/ML Algorithm Engineer since July 2022.

Matan Gover holds a Master of Arts degree in Music Technology, which they obtained from McGill University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Orchestra Conducting at The Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, graduating in 2016. Matan began their education at IASA - Israeli Arts and Science Academy, where they pursued their high school education from 2005 to 2008, with a focus on music.
