Oded Essner

Oded Essner is a seasoned musician and educator with extensive experience in various roles within the music industry and academia. Currently serving as Co-Builder and Lead Musician at Simply since June 2019, Essner has previously held positions such as Ulpan Teacher and Assistant Lecturer at Tel Aviv University, and Music Director conducting choirs across Israel. With a solid background in music composition demonstrated through original works for theater and a significant role at Tonara managing content and development, Essner has contributed to the growth of numerous musical projects while also teaching at different educational institutions. Holding a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Biblical Hebrew from Tel Aviv University, Essner blends a rich academic foundation with practical expertise in music.
