Rupert Minnett

Rupert Minnett is currently the Director of Data Science at HelloSky and the Owner of Cogense, Inc. Prior to this, they held positions such as Senior Software Consultant at Oregon State University, Senior Data Science Consultant at Aspen Technology, and Data Science Consultant at Mtell. With a Ph.D. in Computational Neuroscience from UC San Diego, they have a strong background in programming and analysis, having worked as a Programmer / Analyst at Scripps Institution of Oceanography and as a Programmer at various institutions including The International Seakeepers Society and University of Miami. They also hold a Master of Science in Signal and Image Processing and Bachelor's degrees in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering.
