Adeline Chua, PhD, currently serves as Customer Insights Lead at Stake since October 2025. Previously, Adeline held significant roles at GWA Group Limited from July 2019 to October 2025, including Head of Customer Insights and Programs, with a strong focus on voice of customer advocacy, developing strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth. Adeline's extensive experience also includes senior positions in customer insights and experience at Methven Ltd and Sky New Zealand, where responsibilities encompassed consumer insights research and usability experience. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Marketing Management from the University of Otago and a Master of Philosophy in Multimedia Marketing from Multimedia University, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration with First Class Honours in Marketing with Multimedia.
