Jason Rohloff

Jason Rohloff is a seasoned professional in risk management and compliance with extensive experience across various financial institutions. Currently serving as the Head of Risk and Compliance at Stake since September 2025, Jason previously held the role of Chief Risk Officer and MLRO at Monoova, where responsibilities included overseeing risk and compliance frameworks and regulatory engagements. At Commonwealth Bank, Jason was the Head of Risk for x15 Ventures, implementing critical compliance frameworks for new products. Earlier roles at OFX and Macquarie Group encompassed executive responsibilities in risk management, compliance, and strategic development. Jason holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University of Wellington and various diplomas in financial services and risk management.
