Tim Drew is an engineering leader and technical architect with extensive experience in building high-performing teams and designing scalable systems, particularly in the fintech and stockbroking sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Stake, Tim has previously held leadership roles at Freetrade, where they contributed to the growth of one of the UK’s leading challenger stockbrokers. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Digital Design from Griffith University, they have developed deep expertise in serverless systems, trade execution, and reconciliation processes. Tim’s work has also earned recognition, including a finalist nomination for the 2008 International Emmy Awards related to V8 Supercars.
