Tom Holmes has a diverse work experience. Tom began their career in 2014 as an Intern for the Office of State Senator Richard T. Moore. Tom then moved on to become the Digital Communications and Outreach for the Moore for Senate Committee in the same year. In 2015, Tom held three positions; a Constituent Services Representative for the Office of Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker, a Legislative Affairs for the Office of State Treasurer and Receiver General Deborah B. Goldberg, and a Senior Political Fellow for the Environmental League of Massachusetts Action Fund. Tom also worked as a Campaign Fellow for Michael Brady for Senate in 2015. In 2017, Tom worked as a Legislative Affairs and Constituent Services for the Office of Chairwoman Karen E. Spilka - Massachusetts State Senate Committee on Ways and Means. Most recently, Tom has been working as the Director Of Business Development, Sales Consultant, and Business Development Consultant for HelloTeam since 2019.

Tom Holmes attended Suffolk University Law School from 2018 to 2021, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree in Intellectual Property Law. Prior to that, they attended Suffolk University from 2015 to 2018 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Law & Public Policy.
