David Rowan

David Rowan, CISSP, is a skilled cybersecurity professional currently serving as a Cyber Blue Team Operator with the United States Navy since November 2018, focusing on securing military networks through proactive monitoring and vulnerability assessments. Prior experience includes a dual role as Lead System Administrator and Network Security Vulnerability Technician aboard the USS Gettysburg (CG-64), where David ensured the security and efficiency of naval IT systems while enhancing operational performance. Additionally, David trained as an Information Systems Technician, gaining practical skills in network troubleshooting and system maintenance. Currently, David also works as a Hello Tech Technician with HelloTech Inc. since December 2022.
