Matthew Ferrara

Matthew Ferrara has a diverse work experience starting in 2016 as a Program Assistant at Red Sox Foundation. In 2017, they worked at Meltwater as a Business Development Analyst before transitioning to a role as a Client Success Consultant. In 2018, they were promoted to a Senior Client Success Consultant.

In 2019, Ferrara joined Brightfield as a Customer Success Specialist, later progressing to become a Customer Success Lead in February 2021. Currently, they are working at HelloTech Inc. as a Senior Manager, Partner Success, starting in January 2022.

Matthew Ferrara obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, General from Penn State University from the year 2012 to 2016.
