Rosalind Railton

Rosalind Railton has a diverse range of work experience. Rosalind started their career in 2013 as a Programs Intern at Art with a Heart. In 2016, they took on the role of Administrative Intern at Young Audiences/Arts for Learning Maryland and also became a Crew Member at Trader Joe's. In 2017, they worked as an Extended Day Trainee at Arlington Public Schools. In 2018, they joined Uber as a Community Operations Specialist. Most recently, Rosalind has been working at HelloTech Inc., where they started as an Onboarding Specialist in 2020 and has since been promoted to the position of Recruitment and Onboarding Manager in 2021.

Rosalind Railton attended Goucher College from 2012 to 2016 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Communication and Media Studies and a minor in Art History. In 2015, they also briefly studied Art History at the Università degli Studi della Tuscia. Additionally, Rosalind has obtained certifications in Inclusive Leadership and Marketing Tools: Digital Marketing from LinkedIn in December 2019.
