Steve Hanson

Steve Hanson has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Theirfirst job was as Store Manager at Spring Mobile (AT&T Premeir Retailer) from 2013-2016. During this time they were honored as a district and regional leader in both metric and sales data and recognized as MVP for Midwest region. Steve also achieved consistent district Top Store honors in digital life and strategic products. From 2016-2022, Steve worked for HelloTech Inc. as a Field Operations Specialist, Lumen Technologies as a Sales Development Manager, Dish Inc. as a Sales Retention Representative, and AT&T as a Sales and Event Coordinator/Business Development Representative and Integrated Solutions Consultant/Business Development Representative. During this time, they were instrumental in maintaining high state of readiness, prompt in response to inbound technician inquiries, skillful in application of Smart Technology, Smart Hubs, Security Systems, and Ring Doorbell installation techniques, and achieved over 60% account save rate on a consistent basis. In 2020, Steve became a Business Owner of Remote Mix and Record, realizing the dream of owning and operating a successful recording studio, acquiring vast knowledge of business management, marketing, and branding processes. In 2021, Steve worked for Bach to Rock: America's Music School as an Administrative Assistant/Business Development Representative and generated quality leads for the school to enroll more students. Finally, Steve worked for Life Time - The Healthy Way of Life Company from 2016-2017 as a Web Sales Specialist/Business Development Representative, where they were an active participant in a team-oriented environment to accelerate membership acquisitions.

Steve Hanson's education history includes attending Inver Hills Community College from 1995 to 1996, where they earned a degree in graphic design with a focus in communications. Steve then obtained a Certification from Bravura Institute in 2017 in A+ 901 and 902 Internet Technology. Additionally, Steve has obtained four certifications: FirstNet from AT&T in 2019, A+ from CompTIA in 2017, RQ4 from AT&T Mobile Tel in 2015, and Sales Certified - Software as a Service Solutions [2014] from AT&T.
