Ashley Kline-Tozzi

Ashley Kline-Tozzi is a seasoned software engineering manager with extensive experience in leading technical teams and managing complex projects across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Wisp since April 2024, Ashley previously held a similar role at Beam Benefits from February 2020 to January 2024, overseeing teams that supported key business units. Prior to this, Ashley worked at Cardinal Health for nearly a decade, progressing from a Software Engineer to Manager - Agile Product/Solution Owner, and developing internal web applications while serving as a technical liaison. Earlier roles included Associate Consultant at HMB and DB2 Database Intern at Huntington National Bank. Ashley holds an MBA in Project Management from Strayer University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University.
