Heather Maehr

Heather Maehr has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Heather is currently working at Wisp as a Senior Visual Designer and started in May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Visual Designer at Wisp starting from September 2021. In 2014, Heather worked as an Art Director + Designer at heathermaehr.com. Heather also has experience as a UI Designer at AnalogFolk, where they assisted with the Smirnoff.com rebrand from June 2021 to July 2021. From July 2019 to June 2021, they worked as a UI/UX + Visual Designer at We are Underground. Heather has also worked as a Squarespace Designer + Developer at ilovecreatives from January 2019 to August 2020. Additionally, they have held positions such as UI/UX Designer at Authentic Form & Function in July 2019 and UI/UX + Visual Designer at Pattern from March 2019 to July 2019. In 2019, they briefly worked as a UI/UX Designer at Coplex from March 2019 to April 2019. Prior to that, Heather worked at Waggo | Waggo.com from August 2016 to October 2018 as a Senior Digital Designer, focusing on various print and web design projects. Heather also worked as a Senior Designer at Journelle on a freelance basis from December 2017 to July 2018, assisting with print and digital design projects for the lingerie retailer.

Heather Maehr holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from Bellevue University. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained various certifications including Foundation HTML, CSS + Javascript and Intro to User Experience Design from SuperHi, as well as being a member of Squarespace Circle and completing the Squarespace Online Design Course offered by ilovecreatives.
