Jacob Payne has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Jacob began their career as a Street Team Member for the Chicago Bears in 2015, where they managed promotional events and interacted with fans. Jacob then joined the Hypest Team in 2016 as a Social Media Manager, Writer, and Tournament Organizer for a Smash Brothers-centered e-Sports team.
