Chris Russell currently serves as the Performance Director at British Lacrosse, working towards achieving medal-winning performances for the LA 2028 Olympic Games. As High Performance Director for the Samoan Sailing Team and in various other roles, Chris has extensive experience in Olympic campaign management, highlighted by involvement in the Paris 2024 Games. With a successful coaching background, including multiple world championships and European titles, Chris also runs Chris Russell Sailing and founded the D2R Foundation to help athletes realize their potential. Educational achievements include a Professional Certificate in Leadership & Innovation from MIT and various courses in organizational leadership and sports analytics.
