James Brook is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Group General Counsel at Helly Hansen since December 2017 and as General Counsel and Corporate Operations Director at MUSTO since January 2016, James has developed a strong expertise in legal operations. Prior to these roles, James was Senior Counsel for the International Operating Group at BAE Systems from December 2009 to December 2015, contributing significant legal insight during tenure. Earlier experience includes positions at Eversheds Sutherland, where James served as Corporate Solicitor and Trainee Solicitor. James holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Economics and Finance from The University of Manchester and has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Law and a Legal Practice Course at The University of Law.
