Marius Piene

Marius Piene is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and retail consulting. Currently serving as the Business Operations Manager at Helly Hansen since April 2019, Marius previously held the role of Private Investor and Retail Industry Consultant at M.Piene Invest since October 2010. Marius’s expertise in purchasing was honed as the Nordic Category Purchaser at SATS Norge from October 2018 to April 2019, and as Purchasing Director at XXL Sport & Villmark from September 2001 to June 2017, overseeing the procurement of sports hardware for all Nordic stores. Marius began a career in retail with roles as an Assistant Buyer and Department Manager. Marius holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance Marketing from the University of Denver, obtained between 1997 and 2001.
