Van Ly

Van Ly is an experienced financial professional with extensive expertise in financial planning, analysis, and business control. Currently serving as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager and Business Controller for North Europe Sport & Workwear at Helly Hansen since August 2010, Van Ly oversees budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple channels, while also supporting sales teams and enhancing internal processes. Prior to this, Van Ly held the position of Økonomisjef at Nikita Gruppen, managing budgeting processes and cash flow forecasting for stores in Norway and Sweden. Additional experience includes roles at the Directorate of Labour as a consultant focusing on financial reporting and cost monitoring, and at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an associate, where auditing and economic consultancy were key responsibilities. Van Ly holds a Siviløkonom degree from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
