Daniel Tepe

Daniel Tepe serves as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at HELM AG and the Managing Director of Plantix, the largest digital ecosystem for small-scale farming. With a career spanning over two decades, Daniel has held leadership roles at several prominent companies, including EW Nutrition, where responsibilities focused on mitigating antimicrobial resistance in animal nutrition, and W2V GmbH, where efforts contributed to a zero waste approach in the dairy industry. Previous experience also includes interim management at EW Biotech and roles at Evonik Degussa and Larova GmbH. Daniel holds a Dipl.-Ing. in Biotechnology from the University of Applied Sciences Emden/Leer and has completed advanced management programs and AI-focused education at IESE Business School.
