Ralf Phiesel

Ralf Phiesel currently serves as Vice President of Global Operations & Technology at HELM AG since January 2024, with previous responsibilities as Vice President of Global Operations & Engineering within the BU Energy Materials. Prior to this role, Ralf held multiple positions at ALTANA AG from February 2017 to January 2024, including Global Head of Supply Chain Management & Strategic Projects in the ECKART division and Global Head of Strategic Operations & Excellence in the ELANTAS division. Ralf's experience also includes serving as Vice President of Global Operations Excellence & Engineering at BSN medical, Director of Global Engineering & Technology at Rockwood Lithium, and various roles at Chemetall, including Director of Engineering and Plant Manager. Ralf holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Cologne University of Applied Sciences and advanced management and Six Sigma qualifications from Management Zentrum St. Gallen and UMS Universal Management Services GmbH, respectively.
