Kristie Jonca

Kristie Jonca is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background spanning over two decades in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Helm since January 2022, Kristie oversees HR functions for over 300 employees across the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at BullsEye Telecom, where management encompassed a 200+ employee telecommunications firm, and similar positions at Impact Fitness and Tyler Technologies, where Kristie led key HR initiatives. Earlier career accomplishments include significant contributions at Delphi, Amphenol ICC, American Master Products, and Valassis, demonstrating expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations. Kristie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Training & Development from Oakland University.
