Shane Landen

Shane Landen is an experienced automotive professional currently serving as a MOPAR Express Lane Consultant for the Western Region at Helm since February 2023. Prior roles include a similar position with MSX International where responsibilities encompassed improving fixed operations processes and enhancing customer satisfaction for the Utah Region and Western Region. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Install Supervisor at Dealertrack, an Onsite Service Drive Sales Trainer at Jeff Cowan's Pro Talk, and various roles in service and parts management across several automotive groups, including Stevenson Automotive Group and Hendrick Automotive Group. Shane's educational background includes attendance at East Carolina University and Louisburg College.
