Ron Kozanecki

Ron Kozanecki, Jr. is a LEED AP BDC professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management in the construction industry. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Helm since July 2022, Ron previously held the position of Senior MEP Engineer at Turner Construction Company and Senior Project Manager at McKissack & McKissack, where responsibilities included managing large-scale projects for the ComEd/Exelon account. Additional roles include Mechanical Engineering at Henneman Engineering, MEP Design Manager at Power Engineers Collaborative, and Project Manager at Metro Design Associates, with a foundational career starting as a Design Engineer at Amsco Engineering. Ron holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences and an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the College of DuPage, earned between 1984 and 1988.
