Jack Miller is an experienced professional in the fields of deep learning, machine learning, and AI research. Currently serving as the CTO and Co-Founder of HelmGuard AI, Jack is developing an AI-native risk operating system. Previous roles include working as a Researcher in the Science of Deep Learning at the ANU School of Computing, and as a Machine Learning Engineer at QDX, where Jack contributed to the development of machine learning models related to quantum chemistry. Jack's experience also encompasses climate science research at the ANU Institute for Climate, Energy & Disaster Solutions, supervised by an IPCC Vice-Chair, and a recent Technical Research Fellowship focusing on AI security at ERA Cambridge. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from The Australian National University, and has participated in an exchange program at ETH Zürich, studying Neuroscience, Information Theory, and Statistics.
