Prior to joining HelmsBriscoe in 2005, Rita owned R. J. Ayers Consultants, Inc., providing expertise in building leadership capabilities for a diverse range of international clients. With a B.S. in Business Administration and pursuing an M.S. in Human Resources, Rita brings a wealth of knowledge and a client-centric approach to their role in event management.
