Manager of UX Design at Helm

Drey C. has a diverse work experience starting in 1995 as a Multimedia Designer at Fringe Multimedia, where they designed and maintained websites for various clients. They then worked as a Multimedia Designer at SAS from 1997 to 2000. In 2000, they joined Keane Interactive as a Senior Web Developer, designing and maintaining websites for clients in gaming, sports, finance, and automobile manufacturing.

From 2001 to 2005, Drey C. was a Co-founder/Developer/Director of Support at Avacast Corporation, where they collaborated on the design and development of a web-based video conferencing platform. They also coordinated customer support efforts and assessed feedback to inform product strategy.

In 2006, Drey C. became a Senior Interaction Designer at Myspace, working independently and with other designers on agile teams to develop various products. They created flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to convey solutions to product teams and stakeholders.

From 2011 to 2013, Drey C. was a User Experience Manager at BeachMint, managing design for an ecosystem of lifestyle e-commerce sites and mobile apps. They collaborated with designers and agile product teams to deliver solutions across all site areas and conducted research to improve customer touchpoints.

Drey C. then joined Ticketmaster in 2013 as a Senior Interaction Designer, utilizing design thinking methodologies to formulate enterprise solutions. They communicated product solutions using personas, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. In 2015, they became the Lead Designer, User Experience, focusing on continuous improvements and collaborating with an emerging UX research team. From 2018 to 2021, Drey C. held the role of Director of Product Design at Ticketmaster, leading the product design of the B2B enterprise toolset and driving collaboration between design, cross-functional teams, and customers.

In 2021, Drey C. joined Promenade Group as the Director of Product Design, leading the product design team for a suite of platforms enabling brick & mortar businesses to serve their customers both online and in-store. They managed and coached product designers, conducted research, and collaborated with product and engineering teams within the agile process.

Currently, in 2022, Drey C. is the Manager of UX Design at Helm.

Drey C. holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications from UCLA. In addition, Drey has obtained several certifications, including "Data-Driven Design: Quantitative Research for UX" from The Interaction Design Foundation in July 2021, "Accessibility: How to Design for All" from The Interaction Design Foundation in December 2020, and "The Ultimate Guide to Visual Perception and Design" from The Interaction Design Foundation in November 2020.
