Val Jefferies

Val Jefferies is an experienced professional in the fields of management, human resources, and vocational skills development. Currently serving as a Locality Manager at Help & Care, Val coordinates multi-disciplinary teams to provide targeted support in partnership with NHS services and local communities. Previous roles include HR Advisor and Project Manager at BCHA, where responsibilities encompassed the development of employability projects and oversight of partnerships.
