HELP Employee Assistance™ is a UK based employee assistance programme (EAP) service provider with 2013 annual revenues of almost £2 million, directly employing over 40 people and with a practitioner network of over 1400 fully qualified specialists.  All HELP Employee Assistance™ counsellors are BACP accredited with a minimum 1,000 hours post-qualifying experience. This includes our directly employed staff as well as counsellors in our network. HELP Employee Assistance™ has a comprehensive quality assurance programme to ensure that our services are fit for purpose and meet the highest standards of clinical excellence.

HELP Employee Assistance™ delivers a comprehensive range of EAP services including a 24/7 Telephone Helpline, Face To Face Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma Support, Health and Wellbeing Promotion, Mediation, Skills Training and support to organisations in dealing with stress and mental health issues in the workplace.  

With its multidisciplinary expertise and deep industry knowledge, HELP Employee Assistance™ works with UK and international clients across the following market sectors: Manufacturing, Retail & Services; Transport & Logistics; Financial Services; Media & Utilities. HELP Employee Assistance™ is also a key partner in providing occupational health services to the UK public sector, including central and local government and the UK National Health Service.
