We are a Queensland-based social enterprise helping people with disability lead fulfilling and independent lives.

Over the past 50+ years, we’ve created an integrated network of services to provide people with disability the essentials, routine, and stretch they seek in life.

We work alongside people to help them achieve the things they set out to.

We do this with the help of our social enterprise businesses, organisational partnerships, and DES and NDIS service streams.

We like to think of it as an ecosystem of opportunity.

We strive to create an environment where employees openly embrace our mission and vision and can confidently and comfortably live our values every day. We encourage all team members to have ownership of their roles and the impact they have on the lives of people with disability. If you’re looking for a rewarding career with an innovative and diverse social enterprise business, Help could be for you.

With our products and services you can create lasting value for your organisation and employment opportunities for people with disability. We can also support you to become an inclusive employer, and see for yourself that inclusion is an asset.

We’re actively seeking philanthropic support and partnerships with organisations that share our values and vision, to collectively strengthen the impact of our services.

Contact us to explore how we can customise the ideal corporate partnership for your organisation. From site visits and staff volunteering to disability sector speakers, workplace assessments on disability employment readiness, and action planning, together, we can tailor a partnership that makes a real difference.
