Robert Kodweis

Robert Kodweis has a wealth of experience in sales and operations. Robert began their career in 1992 as a Sales Director at Sensormatic Electronics, where they managed 10-15 sales professionals over 6 states and grew the business from $9 Million to $35 Million. In 2004, they became an Account Executive at Siemens Building Technologies, where they developed, sold, and managed new accounts in the National Accounts Group. Robert then moved to Axeda Corporation in 2006, where they were an Account Manager and sold Axeda ServiceLink. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Sales Director at Arrayent, Inc., where they managed existing customers and developed new accounts. Robert then moved to Vitria Technology in 2014, where they were a Sales Director and sold Vitria Operational Intelligence. From 2017 to 2021, they were a Vice President of Sales at Help Lightning, where they helped service organizations reduce costs and improve first time fix rates. Most recently, they were an Enterprise Sales Manager for the Americas at TeamViewer from 2021 to 2022.

Robert Kodweis is currently attending San Francisco State University.
