Andy Skinner is an experienced music professional currently serving as a Senate member and Chair of the Disabled and Neurodiverse Council at The Ivors Academy, advocating for disabled and neurodiverse musicians. As a member of the All Ireland Ivors Academy Council, Andy contributes to shaping the musical landscape and creating opportunities for artists. With extensive experience in independent music ventures, Andy owns Newparadigm Music and manages a range of activities through New Paradigm Music Management, including bookings and artist management. Additionally, Andy acts as a mentor for Help Musicians, offering guidance to emerging musicians. A dedicated songwriter since 1997, Andy continuously seeks collaborative projects to create impactful music. Educated in music business administration at Stow College, Andy possesses a solid foundation in music and creative industries.
